Positive: Cofortable bed, thermostat to adjust temperature if needed, clean and seemed to be safe.
Negative: Our one complaint was that when checking in after a long flight, drive from Rome, and exploring Alvito, we hoped to shower and get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, both the soap hand dispensers in the bathroom and kitchen were empty, as was the dispenser in the shower. We messaged the host and he first responded that he couldn't believe it. We told him that neither could we after which he did promptly drop off some shower gel/soap. The location is below the main street area without parking close by, so a bit more difficult to get to with bags when walking up an incline, but if you're traveling lightly it's not a bad walk.
Summary: Affordable, clean place to stay a bit off the beaten path.
